Before making an appointment or payment, please read the terms below. Booking with us means you agree to them.
Bookings & payment
- All bookings are made through the website booking form, with your name and surname and your WhatsApp number.
- Payment (100%) must be sent within 2 hours of your request. If payment isn't received in time, the reservation expires and the slot is given away — you'll need to re-book. No payment, no booking.
- Send your proof of payment (POP) on WhatsApp with your name and surname as the reference, together with your appointment confirmation letter.
Arrival & rescheduling
- If you don't show up or you arrive late, you forfeit the full amount.
- Rescheduling is only allowed 24 hours before your appointment — not on the day of the appointment.
Wig & hair preparation
- Hair must be clean, flat and neat with wig lines before an installation. Dirty wigs or hair without wig lines will not be installed.
- If your wig needs washing, bring it two days beforehand — a wash is R150.
- For curls, your wig must be clean and brought in beforehand.
- Wig Treatment and Hair Customisation are drop-off services: bring your wig on a Tuesday and collect it after 2 days.
Training classes & permanent makeup
- A deposit (50% for classes and brows) secures your slot and is non-refundable.
- If payment isn't received within 2 hours, the reservation expires.
- No extra person may accompany the client, for space and security reasons. No house calls — appointments are at the studio.
Bridal, graduation & off-hours
- Bridal: no payment, no booking. A quote follows your enquiry, the deposit is payable within 30 days, and a signed contract is required.
- Our artist travels for a bride only within the Rustenburg radius, and for bridal groups of 5+ outside it. Transport and call-out fees are charged separately.
- Graduation bookings from 03:00–04:00 carry an extra R250; 05:00–08:00 an extra R200. Bookings outside working hours are charged separately.
